look at this neat clock. i love how the little clock props up against the speaker on the clock radio. keep your eye on coffee time, when you can break out these cute sets. all from lexon

isn't this great? i originally saw her work in pierced gold and it was a real knock out. i can not find any pictures of it on the web but you could imagine if the perspex was laser cut and etched gold with a little rope of semi-precious beads instead of string for the clasp. this bracelet is £75 at www.kabiri.co.uk. i want one! i will send her an email and maybe she will send some more photos!
i love hand decoration of almost any kind. i find the skill used and the curiosities expressed endlessly inspiring. this needlepoint canvas is inpired by embroideries of 19th century vienna. i was smart enough to draw some guidelines on the canvas for this one. perhaps one day i will sit down and finish it.
this is agnes emery of emery & cie. i find her philosophy and design inspiring, beautiful and exciting. in 2007 i will aspire to believe in my own design instincts and bravely follow them, just as agnes does. i hope you will visit her website www.emeryetcie.com. it is worth spending some time to click around for her commentary alone.
her wallpaper...
and her linens...i digress.
