li edelkoort



really liking the kitchen of trend forecaster li edelkoort, which is strange, because i can not stand to have a bunch of stuff on the counter....maybe it is the spareness of the space as a whole. or the fabulous reclaimed wood everywhere. meret oppenheim "traccia" table (below) from viaduct. photographs by gianni basso/vega mg for elle, feb 2007.

i have not seen the hours! i cannot seem to watcha movie before the 10 year aniversary of the release date....

ps. i emailed those people twice about the wood bathroom and they never responded! losers!

Wow! I can't believe they weren't helpful. And they call themselves greenies! Well, I'll keep an eye out for wood in bathrooms. Seems to me it ought to be usable with the right finish -- the right sort of shellac, no?

i know! birds freak me out a little in person. maybe i feel like they represent freedom.....maybe i not so secretly want to break loose and fly to parts unknown
